Let's prepare something different this Shivaratri with a Bengali twist with season special "nolen gur". Nolen gur is also known as jhola gur or date palm jaggery. It is a type of jaggery made from the sap of date palm trees. Its a popular ingredient in traditional Bengali desserts and beverages and it adds taste like caramel.
