Ingredients

15-20 minutes
10 muffins
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 30blueberries
  • 1 packageJiffy Corn Muffin mix

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients (except the blueberries) in a bowl until slightly lumpy

  2. 2

    Cover the bottom of the Muffin pan with a little bit of the corn muffin mixture(if you're using baking cups, use 2)

  3. 3

    Put 3 blueberries on the mixture, then cover them with more corn muffin mixture.

    Cook the muffins for 15-20 minutes, then take them out

  5. 5

    Clean the muffin pan. Repeat steps 1-5 until you made 10 muffins

  6. 6

    Enjoy with your whole family!
