Ingredients

30 mins
  • 6Large Granny Smith Apples or 8 Small
  • 1Rhubarb Bunch (roughly 6 stalks)
  • 1/2 CupWater
  • 1-1.5 tablespoonsSugar
  • 5cloves

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Chop rhubarb into 2cm chunks

  2. 2

    Peel, core and chop apples. Half apples cut into thin slices other half small chunks

  3. 3

    Place all ingredients on medium heat on stove until cooked

  4. 4

    Remove cloves and serve
