Steamed rava balls cooked with Schezwan sauce.

Heat oil in a skillet and put cumin seeds and mustard seeds.

Now add water, let it boil and add carom seeds and salt.

Add chili flakes and fine rava.

Mix well and cook till mixture becomes dry.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

Add chopped coriander leaves, mix well and make lemon size balls.

Steam all balls for 10 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and put chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli.

Saute for a minute and add tomato sauce and schezwan sauce.

Mix well and put steamed rava balls in cooked sauce.

Mix well carefully so that the sauce cover suji balls properly.

Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the heat, enjoy.
