Steps

Wash the leaves. Cut them into big chunks. Keep aside.

Heat up oil and fry onions till they turn pink. Add the garlic paste and fry for a min. Add tomatoes and all the powder spices. Cook till the tomatoes get cooked and the oil oozes.

Add the leaves, mix well. Cook it UNCOVERED. DO NOT AFD WATER. Mix in every 2 min as you see that the leaves are getting cooked. Combine very well. When all the leaves are completely cooked, remove it from hear. The cooking of leaves will not take more than 5 min. The leaves will also leave some moisture, do not burn it out completely. A bit of soup will taste good.
