Steps

Put the beet well.Then grate it with the help of a grater.Then put ghee in the frypan.When the ghee is hot,add the beets and fry them well.Then add milk.

Stir with milk and add chana.Then add sugar.If the mixture is thick add powdered milk.When it becomes sticky,put ghee on a steel plate and pour the beetroot mixture.

Cut it piece by piece with a knife.Beetroot kalakand is ready.
