  2. 250grm paneer cubs
  3. 2 tbscornflour
  4. 1 tbsflour
  5. 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  6. 1/2 tspginger paste
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tsppaper pawder
  9. 2 tbsschezwan sauce
  10. 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  11. 1 tspKashmiri red chili pawder
  12. 2 tbsflour for cotting
  13. 1/2 cupoil for fry
  14. For sauce
  15. 2 tbsoil
  16. 3 tbsspring onion
  17. 1 tspcrashed garlic
  18. 2green chili chopped
  19. 2 tbsschezwan sauce
  20. 1/2 TSPKASHMIRI RED CHILI PAWDER
  21. Salt to tast
  22. 2 tbstomato sauce
  23. 1/2 tspcornflour mix 1/2 cup water
  24. 1 tspsugar
  25. 1/2 cup water
  26. 1 tspvinegar
  27. 1/2 tsppaper pawder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add marenat spices and add some water mix well and keep aside / keep aside paneer cubs

    Take a bowl add flour and coating in flour and dip marenat mixture and keep it for 20minutes

    Now fry heated oil paneer cubs

  4. 4

    Take a bowl add salt paper pawder Kashmiri red chili powder ginger garlic paste tomato sauce schezwan sauce mix and keep aside

    Take a pan add oil heat add garlic and green chili stir fry add spring onion stir fry to cook and add sauces mixture stir fry to cook

    Now add cornflour mixture stir stir cook add sugar and vinegar stir cook and add fry paneer steks cook 2minutes

    Now sprinkle spring onion

    Now transfer into serving plate and garnish spring onion
