White Chicken Noodles

First boil the noodles in water by adding 2 tsp of oil and some salt. Oil is essential during boiling so that the noodles doesn't stick to each other. Then strain the noodles on a strainer. Apply some oil over it and give a gentle mix. Now keep this aside.

Next take a pan & add a tsp of oil and fry the mushroom pieces by adding a pinch of salt. Then stir fry the spinach leaves too. Then add some more oil and fry the onion slices too.

Fry the sausage pieces too. Now keep everything separately aside. Now in the same pan; add 2 tbsp of butter in it. Then add 2 tsp of all-purpose flour to it. Keep the flame low and fry the flour for about 30 seconds. Then add milk in it. Keep stirring it continuously so that it doesn't forms any lumps.

Now add all dry masalas like onion powder, garlic powder, chilli flakes, oregano, cheese powder, salt and sugar. Mix everything well. Then add stir-fried veggies like mushroom, spinach, onion & sausages. Add 1 cheese slice in it. Now combine everything well.

Then add noodles to it and mix it well.

Keeping the flame low & cook for the next 30 seconds to a minute. Your noodles is now ready to serve. I've garnished it with some fried prawns.
