First of all wash Arabi and clean properly. Then boil it for 4 to 5 minutes in a pan, add a pinch salt and turmeric powder to it

Now allow it to cool and then remove it's skin properly.

Cut it into 4 pieces and shallow fry it to make it crisp.

Take curd in a bowl and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder and give it a good mix and keep aside for later use.

Now in a kadai add oil, once oil is heated properly add cumin seeds, dalchini (Cinnamon), bay leaf, starfhul, green chilli and ginger - garlic paste.

Add finely chopped onion and saute it properly.

Now add curd. While adding curd stir it continuously to avoid curdling. Allow it to cook. Add water to adjust consistency.

Lastly add salt and garam masala.Once it is mixed properly add Arabi and cook for just 2 to.3 minutes. Turn off flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
