Serves 2 servings

5.3 oz (150 grams)salmon
1/2 blocksilken tofu
Seasonings
1 teaspoonsea salt
1/2 teaspoonground black pepper

Prepare the ingredients.

Evenly rub the seasonings onto the salmon. Cut the silken tofu into small cubes.

Spread the tofu cubes evenly on the rice cooker steaming tray.

Place the salmon in the center of the steaming tray.

Add 1 cup of water to the outer pot of the rice cooker, insert the steaming tray, and turn on the cooker to steam.

When done, remove from the rice cooker.

Enjoy this tasty dish without having to watch the stove.

It also works great as a lunchbox meal.
