Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsJapanese rice (measured with a rice cup)
  2. 1 piecesmoked chicken breast (or ham), diced
  3. 1 cantuna
  4. 5 slicescheddar cheese, cut into small pieces
  5. mayonnaise
  6. piecesroasted seaweed, cut into small
  7. 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  8. 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the Japanese rice 2-3 times and soak for 20-30 minutes, then cook as you would regular rice.

    Place the cooked rice in a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix well. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

    Once the flavor is balanced, shape into round balls ready to eat.
