Ingredients

Makes 4 rice balls
  1. 3 bowlscooked rice (about 3 cups or 600 grams)
  2. 10 gramsdried bonito flakes (katsuobushi)
  3. 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  4. 10 grams(about 2 teaspoons) butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the bonito flakes and soy sauce into the cooked rice.

    Wet your hands and shape the rice into 4 rice balls.

    Heat the butter in a skillet. Grill the rice balls on both sides over low heat until lightly browned.
