I created this when I wanted to enjoy rice balls with a soy sauce flavor.
Cooking Instructions

Dissolve the wasabi (tube wasabi is fine) in the soy sauce, and add it to a bowl with hot cooked rice.

Mix the wasabi soy sauce into the rice.

Finely chop the shiso leaves and add them to the rice mixture.

Mix everything together, wet your hands with water (or lightly salted water), and shape the rice into balls.

Wrap each rice ball with a sheet of nori.
