Cooking Instructions

Julienne the red bell peppers and separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the red bell peppers and shimeji mushrooms. Transfer to a plate and let cool.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients labeled A, add the sautéed vegetables, and chill in the refrigerator.

Once chilled, it's ready to serve. Letting it sit for a day enhances the flavor.
