My husband hates green peppers, but he said these were delicious.

The key point is to dust the peppers with flour before stuffing with the meat mixture to prevent separating during cooking. The other important thing is to reduce the sauce well. Since it's coated in a sweet teriyaki sauce, you won't taste the bitterness of the peppers. Recipe by kojyu

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 3to 4 Green bell peppers
  2. 100 grams●Ground beef or pork
  3. 1/2●Onion (finely chopped)
  4. 1/2●Egg
  5. 2to 3 tablespoons ● Panko
  6. 1 dash●Nutmeg, salt and pepper
  7. 1Teriyaki sauce
  8. 1 tbspPlain flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Combine the ● ingredients to make the meat stuffing.

  2. 2

    Dust the cut peppers inside with flour using a tea strainer. Stuff the peppers with the meat stuffing from Step 1.

  3. 3

    Pan fry the peppers on both sides in a frying pan with oil.

    When the peppers are cooked through, add the teriyaki sauce and simmer over a low heat. Make sure not to let it burn. When the sauce is glossy, it's done.
