Adding rehydrated dried porcini mushrooms with their soaking liquid to the broth will make it even more flavorful. You can also make cream soup or risotto from the mushroom broth. Place 2 tablespoons of butter in a pot.

Tear about 4 types of mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pot. Sprinkle 2 pinches of salt over the mushrooms. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes until a nice aroma develops. No need to stir during cooking.

Tilt the pot to see the broth extracted from the mushrooms. This is the mushroom broth.

Pour 3/4 cup of heavy cream into the pot. Shake a small amount of white wine in the cream container to get the remaining cream and pour it into the pot. Simmer slightly, taste, and adjust with salt and pepper.

Use fresh pasta. Although thicker pasta would work, I chose a thinner one. Start boiling it in plenty of salted hot water.

In a frying pan, fry the sliced bacon until crispy. Mix it with the cream sauce from step 4 and some pasta cooking water to make the mushroom cream sauce. Toss the pasta in the sauce, adjust the seasoning, and it's ready♪ Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and enjoy♪
