Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  3. 2ice cubes
  4. 1/2 cupwater or sparkling water (120ml)

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix roughly. Coat your preferred ingredients and fry them.

    For ingredients that don't hold batter well or where the batter tends to fall off, lightly dust with all-purpose flour beforehand.

    Make sure the oil is at the right temperature, 340-360°F (170-180°C). If you drop a bit of batter in, it should float to the surface in 1-2 seconds.
