Steps
- 1
Stir-fry the pork and vegetables in a frying pan. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- 2
Tip #1: Cut a small (about 1/2 inch) slit in the noodle package with scissors and microwave for 20–40 seconds. (This makes the noodles easier to separate.)
- 3
Tip #2: Add the noodles to the frying pan, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking sake per serving and stir-fry. (This keeps the noodles from getting sticky, even after some time.)
- 4
Tip #3: Add the powdered sauce and a pack of bonito flakes, then stir-fry briefly. (Mixing and stir-frying the bonito flakes with the sauce makes it even tastier.)
- 5
Top with green onions, aonori (dried seaweed flakes), extra bonito flakes, or pickled ginger as you like, and enjoy!
- 6
Yakisoba used this time: 3 servings for 150 yen. Still, you can enjoy restaurant-quality flavor! (^~^*)
