Ingredients

  • 2 lbbeef roast (I always look for good marbling)
  • 1 jarmezzeta mild pepper rings
  • 1 packetItalian or zesty Italian dry dressing packet
  • sprinkling of lowery's season salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put roast in crock pot

  2. 2

    Sprinkle with lowery's

  3. 3

    Dump Italian packet on beef

  4. 4

    Dump pepper rings on top

  5. 5

    Cook on low for 8-10 hours

  6. 6

    Shred beef and remove fat. Stir and serve
