This is an easy cutlet recipe cooked by pan-frying.
Recipe background: I created this after winning a sample of fish sausage!
Steps

Cut the sausages in half and lightly coat them with flour.

Place the tofu on a microwave-safe plate and microwave uncovered at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain the excess water. Alternatively, press the tofu to remove moisture.

Add the ground sesame seeds and mayonnaise to the tofu and mix well with a whisk or fork until smooth.

Dip the sausage pieces into the tofu mixture to coat them well, then cover with panko breadcrumbs.

Pour enough vegetable oil into a skillet to cover the bottom and heat. Fry the coated sausages until golden and crispy.

If you have leftover tofu mixture, I like to use it as a salad topping!
