It's super easy, yet it turned out as delicious as restaurant pasta! (^_^)v

I tried making a delicious pasta quickly with ingredients I had in the fridge.

Boil 2 quarts of water, add salt, and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Cut the spinach into 2-inch pieces and slice the sausages thinly on the diagonal.

In a frying pan, add olive oil and garlic, then add the sausages. Once they start to brown, add the spinach and sauté.

When the spinach wilts, add 3 ladles of pasta cooking water and the bouillon, then add the cooked pasta.

Mix everything together, and finally sprinkle with coarse-ground black pepper to enhance the flavor, and it's ready to serve.
