Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • Pasta for 2 servings
  • 2 quartswater for boiling
  • 1 tablespoonplus a little more salt for boiling
  • 1/2 bunch(to taste) spinach
  • 3coarse-ground sausages
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • About 3/4 inch garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoonplus a little more granulated bouillon
  • 1 pinchcoarse-ground black pepper
  • 3ladles of pasta cooking water

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil 2 quarts of water, add salt, and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

  2. 2

    Cut the spinach into 2-inch pieces and slice the sausages thinly on the diagonal.

  3. 3

    In a frying pan, add olive oil and garlic, then add the sausages. Once they start to brown, add the spinach and sauté.

  4. 4

    When the spinach wilts, add 3 ladles of pasta cooking water and the bouillon, then add the cooked pasta.

  5. 5

    Mix everything together, and finally sprinkle with coarse-ground black pepper to enhance the flavor, and it's ready to serve.
