2.5 ozpasta (70 g)
1/2onion
1cucumber
1 package(1.4 oz/40 g) tobikko (flying fish roe)

Break the pasta in half. Add salt to boiling water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Slice the onion and cucumber. Sprinkle salt on the cucumber, rub it in, and squeeze out excess water. Just before the pasta is done, quickly blanch the onion with the pasta, then drain both in a colander.

Drain the pasta and onion well. Combine with the cucumber, tobikko, and the seasonings from A.

Mix well and chill before serving. Enjoy!
