Thank you for making this recipe popular! Cloves are said to help lower cholesterol levels. It's supposedly effective when consumed on an empty stomach, so here's a note. Be careful not to drink too much! The origin of this recipe: I'm studying the benefits of spices. I learned that cloves can also help lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels. This is a trial. They are also said to have disinfectant, pain-relieving, antibacterial, calming, antioxidant, and circulation-boosting effects. I revised the recipe based on thehealthsite.com.

Steps

  1. 1

Boil water in a pot, add the cloves, turn off the heat, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Strain into a cup using a tea strainer. It's said to be good to drink on an empty stomach.

  2. 2

Pour boiling water into a cup with 3 whole cloves and let it sit for 5 minutes. This is also not very tasty, but it's much easier to drink than the powdered version.

  3. 3

I revised the recipe because 10g was difficult to drink. Sorry to ethnic and Moe-chan's mom.
