Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, gradually adding milk until you get a semi-soft, slightly crumbly dough.

Shape the dough into small cakes. If you like, add a little extra shredded cheese in the center of each cake for more flavor. Place them on a baking sheet greased with butter to prevent sticking.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes. No need to preheat the oven.
