Spaghetti tomato sauce

Heat a pot of boiled water with 2 liter water and 3 tbsp salt

Heat your pan with olive oil. Add chopped onion. Stir it for 2 minutes. Add in the tomato puree or fresh tomato

Season your tomato sauce with salt, pepper and pinch sugar. Add the dried oregano. Turn down the heat, cook it for 5 minutes until the sauce a bit thickened.

After the water boiled, add in the spaghetti and cook it for 12-13 minutes until it is al dente depends on each brand of spaghetti.

After spaghetti is cooked, strain it out.

Add the spaghetti to the tomato sauce. Cook it for 2 minutes and mix it well with the sauce. You may add some water from the boiling pasta.

Plate the spaghetti and ready to serve.
