Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 10 ozchicken breast, cubed
  2. 4 clow-sodium chicken broth
  3. 4 cwater
  4. 2celery stalks, chopped
  5. 6 ozcarrots, chopped
  6. 1/4 conion, chopped
  7. 3 oz100% whole grain pasta, dry (17 net carbs/oz)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In large pot, add broth and water. Bring to a boil and add chicken. Cook about 5-10 min. until no longer pink.

  2. 2

    Add veggies and pasta. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 30 min., until veggies are tender and pasta is cooked through.
