Easy Tortilla Rollups

I found a recipe for "tortilla rollup" years ago. Over time, I've tweaked that recipe and have my version. Easy and popular with family and friends. I get random requests to make them. The recipe is easy to adjust, depending on the crowd (I usually triple the recipe). This is my first attempt at sharing a recipe...
Steps
- 1
In a large mixing bowl, allow Cream Cheese to soften. Then add Sour Cream or Yogurt. Mix well.
- 2
Add Salsa, Worcestershire, Onion, Garlic and Chili Powder. Mix Well.
- 3
Add Hot Sauce (If desired). Mix Well.
- 4
Divide the mixture in half. Put 1/2 in an appropriate size bowl. Leave the rest in the original bowl.
- 5
Add black olives to one bowl. Mix well.
- 6
Add green olives to seperate bowl. Mix well.
- 7
Spread about 2 heaping Tablespoons of mixture on tortilla, about 1/4 inch from edges, as the mixture will spread when the tortilla is rolled.
- 8
Lay 1 or 2 slices of lunchmeat on top of mixture. Cover as much middle area as possible.
- 9
Roll from one side to the other.
- 10
At this point you can wrap in plastic wrap or Waxed Paper and refrigerate until firm.
- 11
After setting in fridge for at least 1 hour or overnignt. Cut each roll into Approximately 1 inch rings.
- 12
Put on serving tray or in travel container. Serve with extra Salsa and/or Hot Sauce.
- 13
The onion, garlic, and Chili powder flavor become more intense if left overnight.
- 14
I have skipped the "firming step" and cut the rolls as I worked. The rolls are a bit harder to cut, but this works, if in a hurry.
- 15
I like to seperate the rolls, in case someone doesn't like green or black olives. I also encourage everyone to experiment with different meats. Vegan versions of these roll ups are possible too. I've never had any leftover.
