Soak the lentils in water for 10 minutes → Finely chop the red onion and soak in water → Boil the lentils → Mix with the ingredients marked with ※ to finish - 2
Soak the dried lentils in water for about 10 minutes.

Finely chop the red onion and soak it in water.

Measure 1 quart of water and bring it to a boil, then add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Drain the soaked lentils and add them to the pot.

Once boiled, drain the lentils well and transfer them to a bowl.
