Grilled Pork and Kimchi Rolls

I eat kimchi every day! I enjoying by adding it to soups, hamburgers, etc. This time I cooked it fragrantly like yakitori on a grill. This is a family favorite! I recommend this.
Please adjust the cooking time according to the grill. You can use Korean nori seaweed or minced green onions in place of the shredded chili pepper, and it will be delicious. For 3~4 people. Recipe by Renbasu

Steps
- 1
Stack 2 slices of thinly sliced pork with the ends overlapping a bit, place shiso leaves on top, add the kimchi and processed cheese, and wrap tightly.
- 2
Lightly season Step 1 with salt and pepper, lightly coat in katakuriko, grill for about 3~4 minutes, flip over and cook through for the same amount of time until fragrant and golden brown.
- 3
Let it cool until the cheese settles, then cut, arrange on plates, top with sesame, scatter shredded chili on top if desired, and arrange with a lemon wedge.
- 4
I used kimchi imported from Korea.
