3-Minute Microwave Shio-Koji Bagna Càuda

I tried making this with shio-koji instead of anchovies, and it was very delicious.

Recommended vegetables to serve this with are okra, broccoli, bell peppers, potatoes, and carrots.
I used what I had at home, so served potatoes, carrot, shimeji mushrooms (all boiled), and cabbage (raw)
This is too salty if you use too much, so just dip a little bit at a time. For 2-4 servings. Recipe by mi0921

  1. 6 tbspOlive oil
  2. 3 tbspShio-koji
  3. 3 tbspHeavy cream (or milk)
  4. 2 tspGrated garlic
  5. 1Your choice of vegetables
  6. 1Your choice of bread, such as focaccia

Steps

    Place all of the ingredients into a glass or ceramic container and mix well.

  2. 2

    Place in the microwave and cook for 2-3 minutes (600W) until hot. Remove, mix, and it's complete.

    I recommend eating this as a spread on your favorite bread or focaccia
