2 servings

1/2 bunchSpinach
1Egg
1 tbspSesame oil
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 dashSalt and pepper
1carrots, mushrooms, etc. Your choice of vegetables

Chop the spinach into bite-sized pieces. Beat the egg, then lightly season with salt and pepper.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the spinach.

Sprinkle in the soy sauce, stir in the beaten egg and serve.
