Ingredients

Serves 2-3 servings
  1. Gyoza filling, as desired
  2. 1-2eggs
  3. 1 1/4 cupswater (300 ml)
  4. Chinese soup base, as per bottle instructions
  5. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Put water and Chinese soup base in a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the gyoza filling.

    When the gyoza filling is cooked through, reduce to low heat and pour in the beaten eggs.
