12quail eggs (cooked, canned or vacuum-packed)
4 tablespoons(about 30 grams) all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspooncurry powder
4 tablespoons(about 60 ml) water

Steps

Thread 3 quail eggs onto each skewer.

In a cup, combine all the ingredients marked with ☆ (flour, curry powder, water, salt, and pepper) and mix well. Dip the skewered eggs into the mixture to coat thoroughly.

Coat the eggs with panko breadcrumbs. Fry in medium-hot oil until golden and crispy.

Serve on a plate with your favorite sauce on the side. I like to use Worcestershire sauce.
