Ingredients

40 pieces (20 large pieces)
  • 220 gground pork
  • 140 gcabbage
  • 1/3 bunchchives
  • 1/2 stalkgreen onion
  • 1 clove●grated garlic
  • Equal amount of ●grated ginger as garlic
  • 2 tablespoons●sake (Shaoxing wine)
  • 1 tablespoon●sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon●soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon●chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 teaspoon●scallion oil (optional) ID:19976129
  • 1/2 teaspoon●sugar
  • 1 pinch●salt and pepper
  • 40gyoza wrappers

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the ● seasonings to the ground pork and mix well.

    Finely chop the vegetables and add to step 1.

    Knead well.

    Wrap with the wrappers (about 20 large pieces, 35-40 regular size).

    Heat oil in a frying pan (not included in ingredients) and arrange the gyoza.
    Turn on the heat.

    Once slightly browned, add 2/3 cup hot water (150cc).
    (Cold water is also fine.)

    Cover and steam over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

    When the water is almost gone,
