Ingredients

8-inch frying pan

  2. 5.3 oz (150 g)ground meat
  3. 6 oz(about 170 g) potatoes
  4. 1/4onion
  5. 3shiitake mushrooms
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1 1/3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  8. 1 tablespooneach sugar, mirin

    Peel the potatoes, slice them into 1/4-inch pieces, and boil them.

    Finely chop the onion and shiitake mushrooms.

    In a frying pan, cook the ground meat. Once it starts to change color, add the onion and mushrooms, season with a pinch of salt, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
