Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  • 1 slicesandwich bread (from a loaf of 6 slices)
  • Sweet red bean paste, to taste
  • 1 piecemochi ice cream

    Toast the bread for 3 minutes.

    Spread sweet red bean paste and place the mochi ice cream on the toasted bread, then toast for an additional 2 to 5 minutes until the mochi ice cream is slightly melted.

    Enjoy!
