Steps
- 1
Add all ingredients marked with ● into a plastic bag and knead by squeezing the bag with your hands.
- 2
Once the dough comes together, transfer to a floured surface and roll out to about 1/8 inch thick (3mm) and 8 inches wide (20cm).

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and coarse salt, then use a rolling pin to press them into the dough. (This salty touch is delicious!)
- 4
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- 5
Cut the dough into 1/2 inch (1cm) wide strips using a dough scraper or knife, and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 10–12 minutes.
- 10 minutes: soft texture
- 12 minutes: crispier and more toasted - 7
These are great for unexpected guests since you can make them so quickly!
