  1. 7 ozground beef or mixed ground meat
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoonsmirin
  4. 4 teaspoonssugar
  5. 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  6. 1 teaspoonginger paste
  7. 1 1/3 teaspoonsmiso
  8. 3 1/3 tablespoonswater
