Serves 5 servings

5new onions
4 1/4 cups★water
2 cubes★consommé
Salt and pepper, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Peel and wash the new onions.

Add the ingredients marked with ★ to a pot and heat. Add the whole new onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes, then sprinkle with black pepper to finish!
