Chicken Katsu Curry!

If you fry up some bite-sized chicken katsu, you can also make katsu don, katsu sandwiches, or katsu simmered dishes!
Background of this recipe:
Freshly fried katsu is always the best. If you bread and freeze the chicken ahead of time, you can quickly make a single serving of katsu curry whenever you want.

Steps
- 1
Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized or two-bite pieces. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, coat with panko, and deep-fry until golden brown.
- 2
Spoon cooked rice onto a plate, pour a small amount of curry sauce over it, top with the sliced katsu, and serve.
- 3
I also served it with miso soup.
