A Mexican inspired stew, but the easy version.
Steps

Put beef broth and bay leaves in a pot and heat

Cook the ground beef in a skillet until brown. As it's cooking season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder

Add frozen vegetables, tomatoes and tomato paste to the pot of beef broth
- 4
When vegetables are thawed add the ground beef to the pot. You may need to drain off the grease in the skillet before doing this.

Season to taste.

Optional: can add water or an additional need broth can to get more broth
