Steps

Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside

Heat butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and season. Saute until chicken is cooked.

Drain the sundried tomatoes. Add them to the pan along with garlic and saute for a few minutes until fragrant

Add the half and half, milk, chicken broth, and Mozzarella cheese. Stir until sauce is smooth and cheese is melted. It will start to thicken

Stir in cooked pasta and spinach. If needed add water, broth or milk to thin. Add more cheese to thicken.
