Spicy Ramen with Beef and Komatsuna

I created this recipe using thinly sliced beef I bought in bulk at Costco and my favorite komatsuna greens. The inspiration for this dish came from wanting to make an energizing beef ramen by simply simmering my favorite ingredients with spicy ramen.

I created this recipe using thinly sliced beef I bought in bulk at Costco and my favorite komatsuna greens. The inspiration for this dish came from wanting to make an energizing beef ramen by simply simmering my favorite ingredients with spicy ramen.

Cut the komatsuna into bite-sized pieces and slice the beef into easy-to-eat pieces.

Bring the water to a boil. Add the noodles, included soup base, dried vegetable packet, beef, and komatsuna. Simmer.

Once the beef is cooked through but still tender, transfer everything to a bowl and serve.
