Ingredients

  1. 180 gfresh edamame
  2. 3 cupswater
  3. 5 tablespoonskombu salt water (25%)

Steps

    In a pot, combine water, kombu salt water, and well-washed edamame. Boil for about 6 to 10 minutes.

    Taste the edamame, and adjust the saltiness to your liking by spraying more kombu salt water if needed.
