Nagasaki Sara Udon made with store-bought crispy noodles and soup, topped with a hearty vegetable and seafood stir-fry.

If using frozen shrimp and squid, thaw them first, then rinse with sake to remove any odor.

Stir-fry the shrimp and squid, then remove from the pan and set aside.

Stir-fry the pork, then remove from the pan and set aside.

Stir-fry the cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, onion, and carrot until tender. Add the chikuwa, kamaboko, and bean sprouts, and continue stir-frying.

Return the shrimp, squid, and pork to the pan. Add the soup base and simmer until the sauce thickens. Pour the mixture over the crispy noodles and serve.
