How to make tamagoyaki: Finely chop the fish cakes and green beans. Add the seasonings and chopped ingredients to the eggs, then cook as a rolled omelet.

Next, make the mixed sushi. Finely chop the fish cakes and green beans. Mix sushi vinegar and sesame seeds into the rice.

Add the chopped ingredients to the seasoned rice, then top with pickled ginger and nori.
