Braised Goby Fish in Clay Pot

Clean the goby fish by removing the guts and scales, then rinse well and drain.

Heat the pork fat and pork cracklings in a pot, then sauté the onions until fragrant.

Add the fish and seasonings to the pot. Marinate for 30 minutes to let the flavors absorb.

Cook over medium heat until the liquid reduces and thickens. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your preference.

The fish is done! Serve hot with steamed rice. Enjoy!
