[15-Minute Breakfast] Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Smart homemakers, do you know what to do the day before a six-day trip abroad?
That's right!! Clean out the fridge~~
Last night, we cleared out the fridge, leaving only simple breakfast ingredients!! By the way, Little Flower isn't a fan of bread, unless it's her favorite old-fashioned flavor.... (Don't say I'm making this up, she loves black sesame paste flavor)
I remembered seeing a simple grilled cheese sandwich recipe online a couple of days ago, so let's make that today!!!
Tips
1. Don't worry too much about the shape of the pressed sandwich; it will look delicious after grilling.
2. Brush oil evenly on both sides of the bread for a more uniform color when frying. (I shouldn't have been lazy and just poured oil into the pan...)
3. If you're quick, you can finish in 10 minutes. Eat it while it's hot for the best taste!!

Cooking Instructions

Cut off the crusts of the bread, beat the eggs, and cut the cheese slices in half.

Place cheese slices on the bread and brush the edges with egg wash.

Fold the bread in half and press the edges with a fork to seal.

Brush both sides of the bread with olive oil and fry in a skillet over low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with scrambled eggs and cucumber slices, and it's done!!
