Place the beef ribs in cold water and simmer until boiling, then remove and rinse clean for later use.

Heat a pan with oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown, then set aside.

Heat a pan with oil, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Then add the beef ribs and fry until both sides are golden brown.

Add all the seasonings, bring to a boil, skim off any impurities, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 20 minutes before serving.
