Simply steam sweet potatoes and toss with coconut oil and black salt.

Cut the sweet potatoes and soak them in water.

Boil water (not included in ingredient list) and set up a steamer. Once boiling, place the sweet potatoes in the steamer and steam for 10 to 15 minutes until tender.

Once steamed, remove to a bowl and while still hot, toss with coconut oil and black salt until combined.

Delicious hot or cold.
